Default The human body is so weird!

So I went home for Christmas and came back in yesterday.....I didn't stay on track at ALL..ate a lot of candies/chocolates/homemade bread and even fried fish and chips (french fries). I hopped on the scale yesterday as soon as I got in..I know BAD IDEA..and I weighed 141.5..DOWN from last week AND this morning my weight was 140.5!

I honestly don't get it. I didn't eat a LOT on my holidays but what I did eat wasn't that great. Perhaps my body needed a break from all the careful eating and aqua aerobics???

I'm quite amazed and pleased but puzzled at the same time! It's also TOM so I have NO idea what's going on! lol

lol- I am HOPING for a miracle like that today. If I am under 170 I just might faint but I am expecting a higher number considering the Christmas Day I had.

I notice that too: sometimes I swear I give in too much to temptation and don't get as much exercise as I should and when I get on the scale I still lose a pound or so, and other times I stick to the diet and get my workouts and still gain. You're not alone, believe me
