Ive been reading everyones weigh ins, yeh im nosy ;) and it seems alot of people would like a kind of bridge to help them along the way between the end of this challenge and the new year challenge.

So i am STARTING IT!

That's a really good idea! We should have some kind of two week challenge till the end of the year. Something that will keep us all in check!!

ive been pretty good today, snack on carrots, eaten little and often, got a new recipe waiting to go in the oven... nom nom nom!

the recipe:

Slice two large tomatoes thinly, place in the bottom of a dish with 2 cloves garlic finely sliced sprinkled all over, then plenty of basil sliced over it.. put two salmon fillets skin side up on top and drizzle with olive oil.

im gonna bake it for about 20 minutes x

Ha, we do! I started getting really serious about weight loss in November. It seemed like a good time to start losing all this baby weight my sons gave me! ;) *I wanted to wait at least 6 weeks after our younger boy was born just so my body could recover a little first! It ended up being about 8 or 9 weeks:dizzy: Better late than never though!*

That recipe sounds very good! :D

same height to.... im really struggling to lose anything, thinking about seeing a nutrtionist or homeopath..

congrats on the baby!

Okay, I have no idea why I did this... I made curly fries and sweet potato fries, twice, today. The last time I put some cheese on the curly ones. I rarely ever eat fries, let alone cheese fries. All I ate today was oatmeal, rice cake, some lentil soup and these fries! What is wrong with me? I'm so mad, I could just kick myself. :( Grr... I need a challenge! ;)

BTW: I never fry my food. Got rid of our deep fryer that we received as a wedding gift, almost 5 yrs ago, without even using it. I baked the fries in the oven and the cheese was kraft 2% cheddar. It was still going overboard for me though!
