wow, I feel for you, I really do. I own my house and my sister every once in a while squats there when she's between places. she's a slob x 1000. I've taken her dirty laundry off my livingroom floor and tossed it outside on the lawn before. And, the good thing about owning, I just kick her arse out when I get sick of her.
