Angry Blew all my calories at lunch

So we had a big brad launch for our new company today. It was catered, beef on a bun and apple cherry turnovers. I had 2 turnovers.... granted they were smaller and probably added up to 1.5 of a normal one. But I'm frustrated with myself for caving in and having the second one. As far as I can tell I have about 125 calories left for dinner. Crap! I'm just mad that I had 2 when the first one wasn't even that good! Guess it's Lean Cuisine for dinner tonight....

I've done that many a time, and do I ever learn my lesson...no! Maybe you can find some time for some excercise to burn off some of those calories.

ghost, I'd love to go to the gym, but my knee is so swollen that you can pretty much see it through my jeans. You know in the Simpsons when the dr pokes homer's belly and it jiggles and jiggles and jiggles....well I can do that with all the fluid on my knee. It's so bad, I'm wearing my one pair of flats! So the gym's out.

Try upper body exercises like punches and arm weights and crunches?

I feel your pain! Stuff like that happens to me all the time - I overeat on something just because it's right in front of me, not even because I actually want it. Frustrating, isn't it?!

Good luck with that knee btw, it sounds pretty painful :s

ride the stationary bike upside down...lol! Just kidding, you can probably hurt yourself doing that. What did you do to your knee? Did I miss something?

I wrecked my left knee years ago in a horseback riding accident (I got bucked off, but my foot got caught in the stirrup) and then distroyed the right through repetive strain injury. All kinds of stupid things set off my knee problems. Being coupe up on a plane for too long, standing for too long, climbing stairs, the weather....who know's what set it off this time. I just woke up this morning and had grown a watermellon where my knee was!Combine that with my bad tailbone and well I feel real old sometimes!

Your knee problems sound really nasty! . And the lunch, well, it sounds like something I'd do too. Tomorrow will be better
