Running out side wrecks havoc on my lungs in the winter, it almost always makes me sick. So - I just stay inside. I hate the cold brrrrr

My first winter running was actually in Minneapolis, it was pretty brutal for me but helped make running in Canada a lot easier. I ran around the lakes it was really nice and the scenery made the runs a lot easier. It also helped that there were always tons of other people out there.
