I'm going to have to agree with the sugar free hot chocolate. I live by it at night in the winter. It keeps me warm and fills me up. I'm drinking one right now actually !

I have thought about doing the same thing, I mean it just sits there at the top and its so tempting to save calories and just throw it out. I doubt the taste would be affected just the thickness. I'm going to try it.

The oil at the top of natural peanut butter is good fats.. its the part of peanut butter that's good for you! You shouldn't pour it out but just mix it in. (I will admit that I pour out a tiny bit, but I leave plenty in there to make it the right consistency.

Oh and I could eat a whole tub of natural peanut butter. Easy.

I love having plain, non-fat yoghurt with strawberries or raspberries a night, or a slice of cheese. I've only recently started doing the peanut butter spoon thing and Im loving it! But sadly they don't sell the natural stuff where I live at the moment :\
btw - you look gorgeous on that photo!

I like to have some cottage cheese and fruit. Pineapple or strawberries are good with it!

Just want to second the sugar free pudding You do get calories from it but the calories come mostly from the milk that you need to make the pudding. I drink fat free milk so it isn't a big deal. Also, it has protein, carbs and a little fat so if I have it, I stay full and am not tempted to start searching for more things to snack on an hour later.

fresh fruit is always awesome, you can fool yourself into thinking your having dessert. or oatmeal, it will keep you full so you wont want a big breakfast first thing in the morning

string cheese, yogurt, sf jello with lite cool whip, tea, cocoa, cottage cheese, humus and carrots...depends on my mood and how many cals I have left.
I agree about the peanut butter, I cannot control myself enough to only have one spoonful! and the natual stuff...with the oil on top...um...ewwww! I think I got it once when my son was little and my orthorexic sister was harping on me about feeding my child natural foods...he hated it, I hated it, it went rancid before we even made a dent in it...

I'm so into Dreyer's "pure fruit" bars... they taste great and they're 40 calories a pop.
i think popsicles are great because they take a while to eat.
