I don't think you should feel guilty about not exercising for a day. It is not something you must do. You choose to exercise and eat well, because you have a goal of becoming (or maintaining) a certain weight. And if you do not exercise, or you eat too many calories, the consequence is that your weight may go up or that you will lose it slower. Is this that bad? As long as it doesn't happen every day I think not. There are plenty of days to compensate with. And even if you don't compensate... it's only a day! Don't freak out over it.

And I'd definitely listen to your father. He knows you much better than anyone via the internet ever could, and if he's worried about you it may be time for a reality check.

Maybe you do need help. If you have extremely guilty feelings to the point where you HAVE to workout, then I would look into that. Your original goal weight was 140, and now you weigh 112. That is definitley a warning sign and a red flag. It seems like you might be complusivley working out. If you want to maintain, you should be working out 3 days a week tops.

the maintainers claim i shud follow the same routine as i was while loosing weight....

Well have you been upping the calories you eat? It sounds like you are exercising MORE when you eat MORE. But it sounds like the maintainers are saying exercise the SAME, and eat MORE.
