i doubt a bag of dried fruit will affect your weigh in too badly. I suppose it depends on the size of the bag! At least it was something healthy that you munched on

well, according to the daily plate bags of dried fruit that are around 40g in weight tend to be at the most 140 calories, so i doubt that its too bad for you. Yeah, its prob full of sugar, but at least its not full of transfats

Try not to worry about it too much! 100 or 200 or 300 calories more really isn't going to kill your progress as long as you don't do it every day. And skipping meals probably only leads to hunger and more snacking; bad idea. Don't punish yourself for going over your calories by hardcore restricting. It really gnaws away motivation.

Drink a lot of water! You probably had a lot more fiber than you're accustomed to

yeah, dried fruit is tricky - it has so much less volume than fresh fruit that it's easy to eat a lot w/out thinking about it! but it's still a pretty healthy thing to munch on. =)
