When I first started I was losing 4 each week. I am now at 2 each week if I workout each and every morning and stay between 12-1400 calories every day--the bulk of it being whole foods. I am doing better with my intake and exercise than I was in the beginning. I guess because my weight has gone down my loss has slowed.
