I'm in again! It's going to be a tough week since I'll be in KC for 3 days with interview/apartment hunting.
1) Some sort of workout everyday.
2) 1200-1500cals MWF 1500-1800 TTH
3) Drink more water. I've been slacking.
Monday: Under on calories but no gym. I ran last night b/c I was pretty sure I wouldn't make it to my awkward gym hours.
Tuesday:I didn't do anything bad.. except not work out!
Wednesday:I had McDonalds

other than that I did awesome.
Thursday:I literally walked for 6 hours in downtown looking for apartments. so exhausted by the time i drove home, no fast food though!
