Help!! I called my sister in law because I was starving & wanted to go have a blow out. She's not gonna be hungry for an hour, so we're waiting. Now, I am starting to get a conscience. Help, girls!!

I'm thinking that the day before your Biggest Loser weigh-in you need to think twice! :lol:

To be honest... sometimes you just have those cravings for garbage, and I think if you deny them ALL THE TIME, then you'll drive yourself nuts. That being said, whatever you're gonna go out for tonight... I'm sure there's a somewhat healthier choice. Not to say that you should eat vegetables instead, but instead of going to McDonald's, hit up Subway. Instead of grabbing two bags of chips from the grocery store, grab a bag of light popcorn.

I believe in you honey, and know that this craving will pass... but tomorrow you're still gonna be working on losing the chub we've all got sitting on our hips. :lol:

Stop right there missy! Have a taste of what you're craving and then go for an apple or something- keep your mouth occupied for that hour without having a big blow out!

I did it!!! I mean, well, I didn't do it. I stayed in & made whole wheat pasta!! I needed to get some cleaning done & make a grocery list anyway, so I just thought it was easier to boil some water & noodles than to get dressed & go out in the cold. I am going to Wal-Mart later, so I wanted to be full instead of hungry before I go & buy something I shouldn't have. Anything that is a munchie that I'm bringing for Thanksgiving is not being bought until Wednesday night. I will not have temptations when I am craving anything & everything.

Jelbb, your thing about it being the night before weigh in was what kept ringing in my head when I was deciding what to do. Thanks, girl!

I usually have a granola bar in my purse to combat any hunger cravings. I'll be sure & take one tonight. I'm pretty full now though.

I made it through Wal-Mart without getting something I would regret. I did get myself a Diet Pepsi because it sounded so dang good. However, I'm having trouble drinking all my water today. It's gross to me today, so maybe the soda was not the best idea...

Don't go crazy! You can have something really good and filling for a small amount of calories. What kinds of food are you in the mood for?

I have trouble with water sometimes also, i put a few drops of lemon in my water when i have this problem so it has a little flavor and is more appetizing :)

Oh believe me! I have to put lemon in my water or I won't drink it. I need ice & lemon. I have just felt ick about drinking my water, but I'm surpassing my 100oz so I finally broke thru! Hopefully it will pay off in the morning when I weigh.

At least it helped! Hey, your weigh-in tomorrow will be a number you'll appreciate, because REGARDLESS of what it is... you know it coulda been worse. :D

Don't EVEN front!! I have the title of Queen of Guilt! I can make myself physically sick by feeling guilty. It is a gift. I know that as soon as I start eating something I'm not supposed to that I will struggle all day & feel like SHI7. It's pretty amazing. Even days where I decide ahead of time that it's a boost day or something or I know I am going to go over (like Thanksgiving), I feel awful about myself. :rolleyes:
