Alright well my life as it goes is kind of back on track. I finished moving and am getting all settled into my parents place. I just received the 30 day shred in the mail and finished day one today of level one. I used some 5 lbs weights today that my parents had at the house but they were actually more like 6 lbs each and were a wee bit heavy for the excercises! But I am trying to get back on track with all the stress I have been going through lately I can't stand to be getting all fat again. Anyways you ladies COMPLETELY motivate me and I need this right now. So thank you
