i had an exam, and i didnt eat my entire body weight in snacks

I have 2 things!

1# I promised myself I would go to the gym after work (I nurse on an extremely busy ward for 12 hours straight) and I went!

2# I was explaining to a patient about cancer and cellular slide reviews, diagnosis and so on, and a fellow in the next bed asked me how I knew so much about pathophysiology and so on, then said he was very impressed because he is an Organic Chemistry professor at the university and he thought I was very articulate and intelligent! Woo Brain!

My "weigh in" day is today..and I am 142.5 again..I've been 142-144 for the past month..and honestly I'm very okay with that...Yes 140 would be amazing but right now 142.5 feels just as amazing because of what i was when i started!

Weeee!!! I weighed in this morning and even though I'm right in the middle of TOM I went down .6 this week. Which is better than nothing :D

My positive for today is the fact that it looks like my love handles are less noticeable... and my pants feel a little looser. It may be because they've stretched, but hey! makes me feel good. :D

AND another positive is that I'm happy for no reason! I should feel stressed due to work and home and work... but I'm getting stuff done and feeling good.

I have a couple positives!
-after being stalled at 199 I was finally able to bump my ticker down!
-I'm getting my hair done today!
-Dillards is having a sale on cosmetics and DH said I could get a couple of things!!!

My positive thing of the day, about which I am absolutely glowing, is that I weighed in for the first time in almost a week today... And found out that I'd lost ~6 lbs in 6 days! (Healthily, I promise!)

WOO-HOO!! :D

hmm my positive for the day...Ive beenfeeling really down with myself and i promised i would work out with my uncle.. and i did it.. i burned more calories tonight on the eliptical than i ever have and i felt great when i was done..after i caught my breath

I know its a little overkill, but this post is awesome, and i think we should add to it daily

One postive thing about me today is that I made other people laugh.

there is a pint of ice cream in my freezer that i have not touched!

i did lots of good study, and i didnt go over on my eating. I also discovered a really good crunchy low calorie snack!

One positive thing about me today is that I "felt like skittles" but didn't buy them just because. I also talked myself out of spiraling negative thoghts!!!!

One positive thing about me today is my resilience.

I have two positives for today that actually occurred last night while out shopping.
1) Tried on two pairs for the heck of it of high heel sexy boots..the ones that go up to your knees and BOTH zipped up all the ways...I've NEVER been able to get boots done up!
2) Trying on clothes and in the changeroom mirror i noticed that the stretch marks on my stomach have become less noticable..almost hardly! YAYYY!!!!

My positive for today is that hubby bought me some Victoria Secret bras and undies and.... I fit in them! For the first time in my life I can (comfortably) fit in some VS!
