Perfectionism making me paranoid
Okay, so I have a tendency to overestimate what I've eaten when I enter it into TheDailyPlate so that I am 100% sure I haven't eaten more than I'm supposed to. So I feel like I've seriously gone over today, not by alot but I'm all upset. However, at dinner my friend kept commenting on how "you barely ate anything". So here, I'm going to write down what I ate today, please let me know what you think. My entire dinner is up to estimation calorie wise because I ate at the cafeteria on campus. Oh and TheDailyPlate has me eating 1275 calories a day.
10am-(140 calories)
1 cup of cheerios
1/2 cup soymilk
1pm-(119 calories)
17 almonds
4pm-(190 calories)
1/2 bottle of Odwalla Vanilla Al'mondo super protein shake
5pm-(90 calories)
Professor brought in Halloween candy and I just had to have a Reese's pb cup
6pm-(estimated at 760 calories)
5 kalamata olives
1.5 cups of vegetarian chili
1 dinner roll
3/4 cups granola
1/2 cup soy yogurt
1/2 cup berry mix
