This weekend is homecoming weekend at my university... soooooo I'll be drinking a lot.... and probably eating bad foods. However- I'm going to do my best to not eat when im' drunk, and I'll stick with diet pop...
I am however running the homecoming 5K tomorrow! This has been a goal of mine for years.... so I am so SO SO excited!!!!!!!!!!! So, I get up at 7 am to run a race. The bars here open at 8 am for homecoming (it's a really huge deal!) So after the race, we're going to the bars for breakfast and drinks....
Sounds horrible right? Oh well, it's going to be fun! This weekend is going to be for fun, I'll do my best to stay healthy though.

I've been known to have a sunday bloody mary with brunch.
This weekend is going to be challenging. My son's birthday party is tomorrow. So, of course, cake. I'll get a small cake...that way there will be little left over, if not none. Lets hope for none.
Well my friday weigh in wasn't what I was hoping for. (Up by .2) I know thats nothing but I have a goal I want to reach by the end of October and now I'm going to have to try really hard for the next two weeks. But instead of making me want to give up, this bump in the road has made me want to stay OP even more. So normally I would let myself have whatever I want for dinner on Fridays after I weigh in. But now I just want to stay OP so that I do that much better next week.
We'll see how this weekend goes though, one of my friends really wants to go to our favorite Indian restaurants tonight and to the movies. And then tomorrow a few of my friends and I are going to Red Robin. (Oh boy)
Uhhh after the worst week ever I need a great weekend... today I weighed and it wasn´t as bad as I thought, of course I gained a few lbs, but it could have been worse!
Now I´m going to the gym... it´s only 4 pm here!
I´ll be coming and posting all weekend cause I really need all the support available!
It's my brithday on Tuesday, so I'm having my party aka big drunken sh*t show tomorrow night. I know there will be copious amounts of alcohol consumed. I hope to make it to the gym in the morning (First time in several months!) and then eat a really really light lunch! I'm thinking i won't be eating much on sunday...I'll be too sick to consume anything but water!

Ok so, so far so good. Although I haven't had as many calories as I should today...I am just stressed so I am forcing myself to eat. But I did get a really awesome workout in...and plan to shower up and snuggle down for the evening. My weekends are my working days but thats ok because its actually harder for me when I work then when I have days off! Good job ladies...lets all hope for a GREAT weigh in on Tuesday
woke up...
worked out....
went for a walk....
had dry bran flakes....
veg & chicken & mushroom pie planned for lunch....
and some toast planned for tea....
lunch ended up with two homemade fruit cakes added....
and tea turned into lettue sandwhich, two homemade fruit cakes and a plum!....
I guess im still well within calories for the day tho....
did some shopping earlier and an extra turbo jam session....
so im not feeling too bad about things....
harder and stricter day tomorrow i thinks!....
