I went and played badminton with my friend for 40 minutes. Then I did bicycling for 30 minutes. WEE I haven't voluntarily exercised in weeks. Months probably.

I went to bible study last night and we normally have a small dessert and coffee. Since most of the girls that are in my group could serve as coffee stirrers the dessert is normally highly fattening. Well last nights was "Goo" Its yellow cake mix, a bag of choco chips, veggie oil, 1/2 a bag mini marshmallows , and eggs. OMG it is soooo good but its really bad for you.

However, last night before I left I decided that I was going to bring my own dessert. I brought a fat free strawberry yogurt and a banana and didnt eat any of the goo. Also, while we were sitting there I also was able to sit indian style in the chair I was in, which I would not have been able to do 34lbs ago. Yay!

Bee20nine!!!
Good job you!!!

While I must admit that the goo sounds awfully good, it did make me heavily question your group's bravery with regards to salmonella. It was just raw cake mix and eggs?

I think I'm just paranoid because I had salmonella poisoning this summer, lol.

But YES, congrats on bringing your own dessert!!! It can be really hard to turn down something that everyone else in the room is indulging in, so I'm super proud of your willpower.

I succeeded in not spooning down too much of my birthday cheesecake while making it. Just a very little bit for tasting it. And I have runned this morning, and done JM again. I think I deserve a few treats this afternoon.

Oh no sorry. LOL. You put it in the oven an bake it for like 20 min. I have tried just eating a little of the desserts but that never works, it is all sooooo good. Ill have my birthday cake in a couple weeks ill make up for my denials.

good for you! I often bring my own foods to things like this. My Friday morning class is 3 hours, so us girl all take turns bringing food to snack on. Sometimes it's really bad, and sometimes it's healthy. Either way - i bring my own breakfast and snacks just in case, and it usually saves me!
