Okay Seriously I found the best way to work out to get some great cardio in.
Go to the club! Dance and Dance your butt off! lol
I went last night with just my girls(it was ladies night) and I danced so much I was sweating so bad, and out of breathe which is great exercise and my legs are killing me today my thighs feel like they got a major workout. Down a pound this week, officially in the 230's at 239 as of Yesterday! YAY!!!
And yes I completely agree, I love going out with my friends and dancing! It is a great workout, it makes me feel hot, and if the club is dark enough, I don't have to worry about looking like an idiot. LOL.
Haha, I love doing that. It's defo a great way to burn the calories...
Do have to say though, that for someone who puts so much damned effort into straightening her hair... it's a bit painful to feel your hair starting to curl under the layers when you've been dancing for an hour and you've become that sexy sweaty mess.
