congrats on your weight loss. I can totally understand what it's like to set up goals for yourself and not being able to see them through. I feel disgusted and irritated, but i had a professor that said that its not that you failed to reach your goal, its that maybe that goal wasn't right for you at the moment. You may want to look up something called SMART goals, http://www.topachievement.com/smart.html, it helps you set up goals that are more manageable. The only thing i would add is asking yourself on a scale of 1-10 how important this goal is to you and if it's below a 7 perhaps you should re-evaluate the goal, and on a scale of 1-10 how likely do you think you're going to achieve the goal; once again using 7 as the cut of point. And of course rewarding yourself for reaching your goal, usually with something that you don't allow yourself to do, like getting a facial or something. I hope this was helpful. Good luck!

If you still find yourself going to fast food restaurants for whatever reason, hungrygirl.com lays out many of the best and worst choices under "weekly weigh-in" with calorie, fat, and ww points.

Congrats on your loss!

Changing your habits gradually is far more likely to stick in the long run, anyway.

I lost 45 lbs about three years ago. I did it by cutting out absolutely everything, exercising like crazy, and skipping social functions where I might have to eat. My metabolism crashed, but man, I lost the weight.

Surprise, it didn't stay gone, and I wound up with an eating disorder to boot.

Give yourself a break. Try to make good choices each day, but don't change the world overnight if you're not ready. If you can get over feeling guilty, then you're going to make progress that lasts.
