I'm not sure what diet you are on but you could make a lower cal, lower fat version of nachos.
Buy some corn chips, check the serving size. Count out the chips. Put on a plate. Buy some fat-free refried beans and some kraft 2% cheddar, which I swear to you tastes like regular full fat cheese. Spread some of the beans on the one serving of chips and sprinkle with cheese, microwave or bake on a cookie sheet, and serve with salsa, always a good dip choice.
Chinese: stirfry something homemade, get some chicken or pork or beef and a bunch of stirfry veggies: scallions, broccoli, green beans, red pepper, green pepper. Make a stirfry sauce with sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, some beef boillioun, a packet or two of splenda, a bit of hot sauce or cayenne powder and stirfry it up.
