It doesn't sound stupid to mention not cheating - I think everyone has problems with it (I know I do!), especially during the first few days.
& stuff like that totally looks & sounds better when you begin a diet... I think especially if it's a restrictive diet, because then you know you can't have them & you don't know when you'll be able to again... so it makes them more tempting.. at least for me
& I'm curious to know about the fried in butter thing too... is it a metabolism boost for before the diet? or something else entirely?
