Hey guys,

This thread inspired me to go out finally try some of this stuff (I've known I needed to add protein for a while, not cause I'm super intense with the weights, just cause according to mydailyplate I don't eat enough of it!) Anyways, I got the Designer Whey Vanilla stuff at Trader Joe's (just out of convenience) and it's not so great. It's edible, I can finish the container, but it does not taste *good.*

I think this means I'm gonna have to splurge for the Nectar stuff when I start running out of the current container!!!

I have the chocolate and vanilla from beachbody and they taste pretty good. You have to order it online though, but its the best tasting i have found so far

The elite protien powder is actually pretty good. The gym I used to work at served it. Mix it with some flavored yogurt and ice.

I bought one from GNC, actually I bought the vanilla and chocolate flavor, it´s the only protein powder I´ve found in Chile and it´s totally and absolutely horrible!
So, I can´t tell you which is good, but please stay away from the ones from GNC, they taste HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

I use the body wise protien shakes..they have 20 grams of real protien,and 130 calories. They taste amazing..the kids and hubby will go out for a choclate milkshake..and i mix the choclate powder with water, and ice cubes, and its just like a choclate milk shake...they also comein vanilla
