I eat/snack on sour pickles when I want to add flavour, use dijon mustard on sandwiches and try to fill up on veggies. (I try to go to restaurants with really good salad bars or good salad selection -- people are pretty understanding when they see what I have to order if we go to a comfort food type family restaurant -- I can eat soo much more with salad bars)

Cheese and sauces are things I only have when I prepare food myself and I know exactly how many calories are in it. Upping my exercise makes me a lot hungrier - all the best!

Well, there's a website I use called The Daily Plate
Where you can look up all the calorie contents of your food, and log them down
I've found that it makes you more conscientious of what you put into your mouth
And how many calories are in the foods you eat every day
I'm a very visual person, so just seeing those numbers helps me make better decisions
(it's also a pain to log in the food :P)

Other than that?
I LOVE Healthy Choice frozen dinners
(as long as I put salt and pepper on them)
And if you go to the grocery store and buy some plain chicken broth, it's very low calorie and very filling

I also love popsicles
There's some plain ones that are around 15 calories each, and kill my craving for sweets

Hope that helps some!

I use reduced fat cheeses, which taste just as good as the original, and reduced fat sour cream.

I bought a ton of spices to add flavor to replace fats and I use cooking spray rather than a ton of oil.
