Right now I'm home and don't have access to a gym, but I'm doing the couch to 5k running program 3 days a week. On the other days, I do pilates and try to get some cardio in but I'm less specific about the amount of it.

When I get back to school in about a week I'll start going to the gym and adding an upper body workout. I'll also be taking up dance again.
