Post Bodybuilding?
anyone ever heard of this site and use it for toning. www.bodybuilding.com? I actually found out about it on the other thread on three fat chicks. I wanted to say that I am so happy I found out about it. Its the best thing and for those who dont know where to start with the strenth training part of their workout this site is great. Check it out!!!!!!

I like this website for exercises too! It's great to be able to look up a part of the body and see what exercises work out those muscles. I've also ordered protein powder from them, too.

Thats what I like about it most. I have told so many people about this site and I get WOW's all the time....LOL I love it
