I was talking to my newly found trainer at the gym that I just recently joined. I asked her what is the best way to lose weight that I could stick with. She told me that there is no real diet that works.
( I have heard this before) She told me about this book called
The Eating Clean Diet. She said it is basically a bodybuilders diet but not as extreme and strict. She said within the month you will start seeing major improvements with excerise.
So I wet to Hastings and sat down and looked through the book. I realized that I had sit there for 2 hours. The book is great, the receipes in the book have pictures and look great. It also has ways to and tips for eating our clean.
I started reading when I got home and told my husdband when you are at home to eat your going to be doig this with me. So as of today I am starting today as eating clean. At his moment I weight 162 lbs and am 5'6". I am going to to take a picture of before and after. I am also going to give all of you a update.
