Thanks guys for the welcome back!
I haven't been too great on my plan since I got back...I am not very proud of that. It is my last day of summer vacation and the boy and I went to chiptole....oops.
I have always looked at new semesters as a new start and as well as having a plan to get good grades I also made myself times to workout and I am going to treat it as if I had a class and I can't miss it.
I know I will get in the swing of things again. I have I gained a bit on my trip and I don't like that feeling and I know I feel better when I am eating healthier. I also feel like I study better when I take care of my body.
I know all I need to do is get a few good days back eating with my calorie range and some time on the elliptical and I will get back into it.
