I agree with everyone on the running solution.

Funny story, I was at the gym one time running on the elyptical trainers with my workout buddy, and I had the burps. I didn't realize it was an issue until Meghan stopped me about 30 minutes in to our warmup to ask me if I smelled what she smelled. Apparently my eggs were gas'ng out the wrong way! I was so mortified! I haven't returned to the gym since, and take solace in working out at home LMAO.

i am naturally gassy but agree that when working out, particularly with cardio, your stomach goes into overdrive. Better out than in i say...but not always good on the gym treadmill...if you are going to do that, make sure everyone in the room is listening to their ipod/mp3 haha

i find any form of exercise causes it with me....
even walking....

I know that when I'm exercising regularly, my "systems" all start working better. Sometimes that's not such a good thing.
