Cool all over AGAIN
Ok i'm back, i was on here alot earlier in the year and this website was a big inspiration, and i went from 171 to 134, BUT i recently quit smoking 2 months ago and moved across country 3 weeks ago so you guys proubley know what i am gonna say next. Well i gained 21 lbs. but hey i lost alot of weight before and i can do it again. So i'm ready to get it started!

I am starting all over too started last July and then went on vacation didn't stick to my diet obviously. Then made excuses, the holiday's were around the corner. ...long story short I am back and ready to loose one year later. So far I have been successful in loosing weight cuz I have my wedding next year to look forward to as motivation! No more excuses for me!

Congrats on giving up smoking! I think you can definately lose the weight again, looks like you are on the right track to being healthy!
