Salad and other raw veggies (way more than I used to!)

FF Yoplait yogurt
Fresh fruit (cherries, apples, grapefruit, grapes, berries recently)
String cheese
Open-faced sandwiches (1 piece of bread)
Avocados (hey, at least it's good fat)
Kashi cereal
Whole wheat pitas
Corn tortillas
I just discovered Laughing Cow, thanks to you guys. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven!
