Default "New"
Hi Guys!
I named this thread "new" because I'm not new at all...I've been around 3FC for years, but I've just been out of the 20-somethings "circle" for a while! I lost a lot of weight a few years ago (a little over 40 pounds), but have felt my old eating habits and laziness slowly creeping up on me. And it shows on the scale..I've gained five pounds in the last month and a half
SOO...I decided to get back on 3FC to all you wonderful girls (and boys!) and lose some of this weight so I can get back into my clothes! I'm so tired of feeling uncomfortable at my weight and letting food have power over me. Thanks for letting me vent! I'm glad to be back!!

Thank you guys so much for your support It seems like such a long road..I know it's not THAT long (only twenty pounds), but it just seems like I'll never get there, and I don't know how I ever got to this point.
