For anyone else reading this thread... FYI body shapers squeeze you in... so they constrict your stomach. I have one that I think might technically be too small, but whenever I am out it really stops me from being hungry.
Once before I was even on a diet, I wore one and only finished half my meal and didn't even want the cheese cake that was right in front of me. I didn't realize it must have been b/c of the body shaper until I took it off and got hungry again. Haha.
I dunno... i bought a pair (I guess the body stocking?) in my size last year and I couldn't even get them on... I never wore it But everyone else seems to love them to death, so maybe I'm just weird.
