hey everyone, can i get in on this,... if a little late!!
Ive been fine, on plan and as yet not exercised, for the simple reason my back is killing me.
Ive had physio this morning again and im gonna try and get at least 30 minutes on my cardio trainer thingy machine later on today.
Eating on plan, hoping i slip into ketosis any time now really, then i should see a nice big loss.
