it's been weeks.... and weeks... of not weighing in at WW, eating pretty much whatever I wanted and talking myself out of workouts. today, for the first time since i can't remember when, I was OP! I worked out even though I really didn't want to... and i even went grocery shopping and didn't come out with the whole store!

I have done that before...oh...chinese food has vitamins....oh...I have too much work to do to workout...(when my at-home workouts only take 30min...my trainer takes me for an hour twice a week)
