I joined a weight loss challenge at work.
Two weeks ago I weighed @ 170, this is a different scale than at home, actually it is a freight scale, lol. Also, with clothes and shoes on. So I don't mind that it is totally different than the one at home.
I am really scared, cuz we are weighing in today. I am hoping for a 1 lb loss at least! WISH ME LUCK, and I will let you guys know later.

I wish you luck! I'm in a contest at work as well, what is yours like? Ours has been going on since mid-January with myself and two of my coworkers and I've lost 7.143% (we go by percentage, it works out to 12 pounds), and I'm actually winning at the moment by about .5%. Its really stressful at first, I mean, trying to lose SOMETHING every week is pressure! But I do think its motivated me to lose more than I would have on my own, I know if I eat bad stuff and don't exercise money is going out of my pocket (the folks who don't lose the biggest percentage every week roll a dice to determine how much money to contribute to the pot, biggest loser at the end takes all the money)! The only thing that is annoying is TOM, everytime I can expect to put on at least half a pound. Although i do usually win the next week when the water weight comes flying off! Our contest ends April 18th, I'm hoping to be at 150 by then. *Fingers crossed*

I had a 2 lb lost, and a friend of mine had a 3 lb loss, we also had 2 girls stay the same, one girl was not there, one girl opted out of the weigh in this time, and I am not sure if the guy weighed in or not.
carolineintx- we are not really organized as you can see, we are estimating 5 or 10 per person to the winner, about $60.00 to the winner, not working on percentages, which is great because I am one of the heavier 3 people.
