OK... I am feeling stupid... But what does NSV stand for? I can usually figure these things out - but I must be having a 'slow' day...

Non scale victory. =) It's just something that you've accomplished that's positive without your scale telling you you did. Like your clothes are looser, or you're noticing a part of your body part becoming thinner, or something to that effect, or maybe even working out without having to stop for a break! They're all NSVs.
