1 lb to 10%
I have one pound to go before reaching my 10% goal! This week all I care about is that one pound! I am going to:
1) go to the gym 3 times, because I haven't gone in weeks! (luckily i've still been losing pretty consistently.)
2) keep up my water intake!
3) WATCH THE SALT! i've really been making a conscious effort not to salt my food unless it DESPERATELY needs a little more flavor. salt is my weakness, and I think giving it up has really helped me be less bloaty lately!
any other suggestions? i desperately want to reach that goal by next week! plus, i'll say goodbye to the 230s!!!
