Now that is a bit crazy. There is no way I could eat 2200-2400 calories a day and lose the weight I need to lose. If I go above 1500 I don't lose anything.
I should do recalculations, but I generally lose slowly on 1400-1500. I find exercising really helps tone up, especially weights and cardio. Try to eat lots of vegetables to fill up too and protein not to lose muscle.
