Well, this stinks

  • I had to skip my workout today because my neck hurts soooo badly. I didn't think it was a good idea to pull weights on a pulley when I can hardly move my neck to the right. Odd thing is, I'm disappointed about it. Where'd that come from all of a sudden?
  • That does suck!

    A similar thing happened to me back in December when I hurt my foot. I was actually UPSET that I was missing my usual walks... So strange!

    However, make sure you rest up! You'll be back to having fun pulling weights soon enough
