oh its illegal in my state which is ohio. ppl really thought that wasnt going to pass but it did and now alot off ppl r outraged cuz of it. there in the beginning signs posted everywhere that if there were smoking going on in public that there was a toll free num to call to report them. lol n the 1 day i seen on the news a lady was smoking out side and her neighbor apprently reported her and she got fined. lol im thinking if u didnt want it to pass then u should have went down n VOTED!

omg, it is?!!? I thought it was a rhetorical question, LOL! I never thought I'd have a good word for New Labour but I got to say a total ban on smoking would *never* pass here in the UK, leave alone restrictions on who restaurants could serve.
I agree with kaplods, by the way: sounds like some of those senators have way too much time on their hands.
