I started Weight Watchers on Jan. 2nd, and lost a total of 10.5 lbs. last month. I lost 7 my first two weeks, then slowed a bit the second two weeks. I normally only weigh myself at meetings, but I cheated yesterday and I was down a couple more. So I'm thinking my actual loss is somewhere around 12.5, but we'll see at my weigh-in on Wednesday!
I lost 9lbs in January Yahoo! My goal is just to see the next set of 10's each month...which I did hope to see 16* something by the end of February...which is going smoothly...but dammit for the shortest month of the year (thank god it's a leap year!)
hi everyone, I am new here. I started my new "life style" on Jan 6th and lost a total of 13 pounds by Feb. 1st My goal was 10 pounds so I met my first mini goal my goal for this month is 8 pounds. great job everyone!!!
Great job everyone! 17 lbs for me...but my biggest goal is that I haven't strayed from my plan even once since the first of the year. Plus I quit smoking at the same time too, and not even one puff since then! My new goal is once I get over this nasty lung infection to not miss even one workout.
mandajuned-congrats on quitting smoking and staying OP! I quit four years ago and remember how hard it was-especially with food! I think that's when I gained a good 30 pounds that put me up to my highest weight-which is why I am here now. Once you quit smoking, you can actually taste food again, and it tastes really good! Way to go! BTW-I love your prayer!
