it was 3 weeks ago and a cpl of days lol. i havent been starving myself i allow 1700-1800 calories a day. i work out for about 2 hrs (hr in the morn n hr at nite) i dont take any "diet" pills or drinks. i really believe it was the water weight, n i stopped drinking the pop, n i had the stomach flu 4 4days lol, n that i am very plus size too. now its starting to slow down. i am hoping to lose like 8-10lbs a month and that what happened be4 when i had lost weight.
