I took the cardio kickboxing class at my gym for the first time this evening, and not only was it reallllllllllllly fun, but it was really challenging! I feel it all over (legs, shoulders, back, upper arms, etc.)! It's going to be my goal to go every week (unfortunately its only offered once a week )! If you have a similar class at your gym, I highly recommend it!!!
We have one at my gym although it's called "Body Combat" and I agree - it's awesome fun! And a seriously good work out for the ol' bum, arms and shoulders!
They have it a few times a week but I can only make two a week (the rest are on during the day when I'm at work) - did it just this morning actually
