I think that your BMR is not accounting for lifestyle. You burn calories just breathing, digesting, showering, etc. This is why mine is 2050. You are still burning calories even when you sit, so your BMR is probably a bit higher. Play around with a few different calculators and average them out. I will see if I can find one and put you numbers in and see what I get.

Okay, try this calculator and put in the type of lifestyle you used to live.

This accounts for your lifestyle. I get a BMR of 2007 for your height and weight. (Sedentary lifestyle.) Now you are more active so you will obviously burn more, but I go by the old fat me, not the newer me!

Fitday has two separate numbers for BMR and for lifestyle depending upon what kind of lifestyle you say you have (sedentary, moderately active, standing job, w/e).
But yeah, you're right, I think you can find calculators that factor in both in one number.
