For several reasons. First her music and No Doubt is great music to work out. Plus, how inspiring are her abs? Also, I love her clothing line, and I'd like the clothes in it to fit me better, so listening to her music while I work out inspires me to reach that goal.

I run/walk ona treadmill, and I love to listen to countdown type shows, like the top fifty one hit wonders of all time. Or the "I love the (place applicable year here)" shows the constant change of subject helps to keep me going for some reason. I suppose it helps to break up work out time into smaller bits.
