I run/walk ona treadmill, and I love to listen to countdown type shows, like the top fifty one hit wonders of all time. Or the "I love the (place applicable year here)" shows the constant change of subject helps to keep me going for some reason. I suppose it helps to break up work out time into smaller bits.
Or my current faves on ipod are Big Girl You are Beautiful-Mika and Push The Button-Sugababes.
