My goal is to lose 7 pounds by X-mas, which is a little over 2 pounds a week. I, too have lost 10 pounds in three weeks in the past just by following weight watchers (I wasn't even working out at the time!). So I know that 7 pounds is an achievable goal and 2 pounds a week is within the realm or reason. My weight would then be 147 pounds (hello, look who just lost 3 pounds!!!), which I would try to maintain for the week after x-mas while on vacation. I would be very pleased if I do not gain weight during x-mas and the week long trip to mexico following. Wish me good luck on this goal, and good luck to you in return!
