See, my problem isn't eating before I go to bed... my problem is waking up in the middle of the night and eating a snack then. One of those, well I'm awake, so I might as well eat something kind of things. I used to eat chips, or make nachos or something like that when I woke up at night, and now I've scaled down to fruit snacks...hopefully soon I can scale down to...nothing =) If only I could just zonk out and sleep throughout the whole night, I'd be just fine!
