Ok so i finally joined a weight watchers meeting today, and i was 219 last week, but over the weekend etc ive put on 3lb!!!!! So ive decided to start over as from today, go to all my meetins and have a good time!!
good for you! ive done WW with sucess in the past. you can do it! the only reason your starting weight is important is that you can see how much you lost... so dont bother feeling depressed about it! also because the 3 lbs recently came on and quickly i bet youll get rid of them super fast!
