Thanks for all your imput. A co-worker that was taking it had an "accident" yesterday while having a staf meeting. Nuff said, I am passing on it.

Anyone read this months First magazine. I love to read it. It debunks the "only safe to lose 2 pounds a week" theory. I thought it was worth more research.

Okay so I didn't make it to Sat but I did get a 189 reading from the scale today!!! I've been trying to get back into the 180's since I left it a few weeks ago and I'm finally back!!

I'm so excited and my eating has been on plan and it's finally paying off!!

yea, so I have been the biggest slacker the past hmm...3 weeks is it? I feel so horrible for not doing a single thing. Wait I did go walking with my sis 2 days ago and once last week. She's preggers so we have to get better at this. The baby needs the excersize. I haven't been drinking enough water, either. My lips keep cracking. That's from not enough water but also because I've had to use my heater for 2 days now! Last year we didn't even use the heat until I think then middle of December!!!
I have to start getting back on here more. It's such a HUGE incouragement to me. It makes me stick to my goal. So, after all of this, I'm going to the gym!

I am so exhausted. I stayed up until 1:30 am working on my costume last night. I still have to do the bracers, but it's nearly complete.

Tonight I'm going to go home and take a nap. Then I'm going to get up and do something at the gym for 30 minutes. Then I'm going home and going back to bed. Haha.

bah the phone line in our part of the house crapped out yesterday. anyway i have gone past my goal of 1000 crunches and all my jeans are looser, i have found a way to snack for this week it wasnt the 100 calorie snacks but a small bag of cookies heisted from my daughter of course lol its better than a stack of cookies or the entire package of them(i'm so sick of popcorn now)

Well... the weekend is almost here.. this is where I always struggle, I'm determined this week. We aren't going out of town but there are parties. Tonight we are going out to eat, I've already decided I'm getting a salad! No question. Tomorrow night, is a halloween party, there will be alcohol involved. I'm going to try the bacardi raz and diet sprite as mentioned last week, I've just gotta remember not to drink the whole bottle right? lol... This weekend is about good choices for me, I'm feeling up to the challenge!

I bought a new digital scale a few minutes ago, it is one that tracks your weight loss, I'm pretty excited about this. I'm looking forward to seeing the exact number, instead of straining my eyes to see if the line is on 155 or 156? lol... Hope you girls have a good weekend, filled with healthy choices!!

Woo Hoo for the weekend. I'm in a good mood today, my mom is visiting for the weekend. She came over to my apartment today, she really didn't like my first apartment because it wasn't in the best area but she really liked this one. She even told my Dad and Grandparents on the phone that she really liked my apartment and how nice it was. I also didn't have furniture when she saw my old apartment I only had a desk, tv, one recliner, a desk chair, dresser, and airmattress for a bed.

Went spend a good part of the time here cooking food but making it healthy, so she made me low fat sugar free carrot cake, low fat zuchinni bread, and beef stew. We ordered dinner in and I got a nice salad that was very yummy. It was nice seeing her and having some time with her without the rest of the fmaily around.

Well now back to homework.

WHOO HOO!!!! Go Jana!!! I had similar success this morning. I've been going up and down for 2 weeks but I finally got a 178 reading this morning! I'm talking it!!! I'm going to try that article in "First Magazine" about the "Fat Smash Diet" It seems logical and it may help restart my metabolism after these last few horrible weeks.

Remember: It's always sooo nice to have the support of your family when your trying to accomplish something. My mom-in-law is DETERMINED to keep me fat. I had to tell her that we can't eat there anymore because she will NOT cook things that we (dh and myself) can eat!!

casey: thumbs up on the scale! We just got a new one not too long ago that tracks your loss too. I think it came from Sam's Club. LOL It's awesome though! There's no missing the big blue numbers!

Remember... I made your stuffed peppers... with a few little tweaks of my own due to what I had and adding grnd turkey b/c I love meat! They were awesome! My roommate loved them as well... thanks so much... they'll probably be made frequently!!!

I made turkey chili tonight... it's a good comfort food!

I bought a pair of jeans last year in a hurry... and they soooo didn't fit... too tight... never got my butt to return them... well, they fit now!!! And a lot of my other nice pants from when I student taught and first started working fit again... it's like buying a new wardrobe!!! WOOHOO!!!
