Still back home with the parents but have so far done well...okay this week lol.
Breakfast - scrambled eggs with grilled tomato and wholemeal toast
Lunch - fruit salad (apple, banana, kiwi fruit) with two Tbs non-fat natural greek yoghurt
Snack - 2 dates, small square dark chocolate and 1 kiwi fruit
Dinner - roast pork with veggies
And there will probably be dessert and wine...these are the downfalls of every parental visit!
Exercise
- 6.5km run around home - good lord I'd forgotten how STEEP those hills are! Good thing I've been doing those squats and lunges lol.
- 1 hour dance
- Ab work out + a few squats, lunges, dips etc
