SO yesterday was my first day on the 30 day program Making the Cut by Jillian Michaels, and the circuit routine kicked my a$$! I am getting ready to do day 2's routine and I am scared! LOL...I will let you all know how today goes later.
So by day 3 which is the first day "off" (no circuit training this day) in the program I could barely sit down! Day two is all focused on your hamstrings and gluttes! Aye ya yae! So on Day 4 now, I will do my circuit routine when I get home from work. I'll let you all know how I am doing by Day 6. My first weigh in will be Friday!
